The most commonly used carton box due to its durability, sustainability and versatility. Can be used for almost all industries as it can be customised to different sizes and to feature additional protection, enabling it to cater for most products and functions.

Characteristics:
All flaps are of the same length and the two outer flaps (lengthwise flaps) are half of the boxes width or length, allowing the outer flaps to meet in the centre when folded and ready to tape for shipping.

Ideal for large and flat products with low heights or long products of small diameter. The closed box has several layers of combined board on each end, providing stacking strength and protection.

Characteristics:
Made of 5 panels which are wrapped around the product. The panels overlap when folded to securely seal the ends of the box.

Document boxes are firm and durable, making it ideal for short and long term storage of documents and files. Equipped with a lid and handles, document boxes can be easily carried and stacked on top of each other.

In addition to the carton boxes detailed above, there are many other structural designs for corrugated carton boxes. We manufacture a variety of die cut boxes to suit the packaging needs of our customers. With our custom die cut moulds, we can cut corrugated carton boxes into a wide array of shapes and styles.
